Now that we all agree that the 66th Draw will be conducted on 28th June, we can wait until then. Oh, and how I love co-incidences. I am guessing that the cut-off CRS might co-incide with the number of pages that this thread manages to reach .

Why do I have a feeling that as the maintenance is on 27th, the draw would be on 27th itself... :|

Anyone from United States, I tried applying for police clearance certificate from FBI, I sent all the documents fingerprints with my credit card details. I didn't receive anything yet. I sent the documents on April 24 thru USPS, even though it been 2 months and I don't have a clue whatsoever with my application.

In August it will very close to 400 or even a bit lower! Don't worry!

Please have patience till 28th...the draw will give ur answers..
if CIC do penance for this gruesome delay and issue 7500 ITAs or follow up with a draw early July 1st week,the bump on account of the delay will get neutralized and that would mean the Aug end draw would be 4th draw since June 28th and @ conservative 4 points dip,we should hit 397 by the last draw of Aug...
this is shot in the dark numbers...I hope it dips to 380 by then and bring all on board to an AOR thread...

I have shared their ITA formula in the past. The mean has nothing to do with ITA or PR. It is a general assumption by CIC that this mean score qualifies for the definition of Competent Candidates.

Last year the mean was 441 but it has dropped to 384 this year. More candidates in the lower band cannot impact the mean.

However, lets just stick to ITA and that's true that scores are determined using number of ITA's to be issued per draw.

So I guess we can see the CRS atleast going to the 390s this year if not 380s. Would be a big milestone when it goes below the 400 barrier!

Also, could you please share their ITA formula once again.

ITA's = (Targeted ITA's for the Year - ITA's already issued + Expected ITA to be rejected)/No. of Draws remaining for the year.
