Your email will include the following at the top:

And then write that due to unknown email malfunction, the email was not seen until today.
Let them know you are more than interested in rescheduling the interview and you will try and schedule one for the soonest convenient date they will suggest.
Once they confirm that, call me and we will process the government fee you must bring with you to the interview.

3. Contact your MP

I would ask the representative to write a letter saying that because of his incompetency, you missed the appointment and you need to reschedule an appointment.... You probably paid a lot for his (very bad) services, he should be able to take responsibilities or reimburse you a significant part of what you had to pay him.

4. Also request that your representative do what Sylvain suggested. But do not wait for that letter from rep.

5. After pay the fee sent the receipt payment confirmation to CIC-Edmonton@cic.gc.ca

When I applied for my wife, it was 3 months until I got an AOR in March 2016. So, I understand that you are worried, but it can mean that they are still processing your submission, or that they found something that would need to be fixed by you (and they will return in this case). So, considering I can only guess, it's best to get the news from them -- right?

Lol, I completely agree with you and I did not believe that crap as well, just quoted as came up in media. Even small data centres have redundancy in built, not to mention BA. They are trying to cover up something else I believe.

The email should be the one of your local office, so the most important in my opinion. But unless you get a rapid reply, I would try calling. From CIC perspective, you didn't show up for your landing interview, so they might close your application. That's why I would try very hard to reach them.

And faxing CPC-M, on top of the MP, and emailing Edmonton directly like your rep suggested. Although, that begs the question: if (s)he knows what address sent the email, what's the problem with "reading" the email? (S)He cannot read simple HTML? PDF? Did her(his) virus scanner freak out? What was the issue?

It's been on a third week now since the cic updated my account on gckey that i've passed the medical exam. should i be worried? what's the best thing to do guys? no update on my account at all.

You may want to call CIC. I bet they are either looking to see if they want a QA interview, or the landing site might be busy. In our case, Kitchener wasn't busy, and they sent an email pretty much right away to fit us in. But my wife's status in MyCIC and ECAS remained the same until after landing.

Each has challenges. With outland, you have to prove communications as well as relationship. Inland, it's expected that if people live at the same address, they probably communicate.

for that particular data set, the 4th trimester of 2016 is not even there yet... and the stats for approval are for 2015. For 2016, it says 0% approval rate for inland and 96% for outland. So obviously, the real statistic for inland was not available.
