Note: Seeking PR is totally a personal choice. And if govt in ur country is so much tolerant & progressive, then why are people from ur country fleeing ???

I am an Indian and strongly disagree with you. Dont want to spam here though.

Out of many reasons, main reason for large influx to canada is stricter H1B. The folks who wanted to go to US are now targeting Canada. Beside this the consultanting agencies are advertising like anything to attract people to migrate to canada. They are randomly calling people who had hardly thought of migrating, and insisting them to migrate citing better life and income.

And why do Indians migrate
1. Some for better life
2. Most for $$$.

I can hardly think or know any people migrating for challenging work!. And ya not all indians are hardworking. People around the world are all same with little bit cultural differences.

If CIC ever drops the draws that low then you would certainly get an ITA but then again for the draws to hit that low it would take a long time. Your best bet is to improve your english scores that will bump up your crs

As of May 31, the number of candidates with CRS above 410 was -473 based on CRS distribution released on May 26.

I am an education counselor for abroad studies and i can definitely vouch for your statement lol. My expertise has to be on education but i have to be informed on the immigration procedure, particularly for study visa as well. You definitely have to counsel according to situation and customer lol.
