Hi Browning, I have the same problem. I just logged in in MyCIC and I saw there that we need additional documents and that they send me a message but there is no new messages....I'm freaking out!!!Help!!! I called IRCC today and got the automated message and it said we need additional documents and that we send you a message but we never got an e-mail. What should we do? I cannot get through to a live agent.
Just sent a CSE to inform IRCC.
