Hi Filipinay, salamat po at tumutugon kau kahit di ako FAM...

sori sa magulong istorya ko hahaha..

annulled po ako , meron akong 2 kids ke ex..
opo yung IME galing po sa local visa office ..., kaya po walang IMM5604 is sa appli ko po non accompanying sila , as custody stated in the annulment was granted to my ex (though sad to say iniwan nya po sa akin).. di rin ako makapag apply ng solo parent kasi po nandito me sa Dubai..
anyway po, ang meron lang sa akin now is IMM1017 (MR form)..

my query is sa authorization letter (trying to avoid my ex in this process).. kung pede ako na lang ang pipirma authorizing my Nanay na samahan sila for medical and to get medical records ng 2 kiddos ko..
sa IOM po yata kahit isa lang ang pumirma as long as merong ID at me ID si Nanay is ok na , as Survivors suggest..

medyo nagagahol lang kasi visa office give me 30 days lang to get medical..

I see. I had custody experience din kc, thought I clarify first if we have the same case to help you out. But in any case, auth letter Lang and pertinent IDs will do. All the best!

thanks po.. instead of going to St Lukes, I will ask my mother to go to IOM as suggest ni Survivor..

though already sent this question to IOM, ok lang po ba ang scanned copy ng Authorization or original is required ( in this case I need to send thru DHL the letter).

I'm sure a scanned copy of the letter with your signature and a copy of your passport would suffice Hoping you get a response from IOM as soon as they open tomorrow

Scan copy of Authorization Letter and passport will do plus government IDs po ng mother nyo plus of course the medical report that CIC emailed to you. Goodluck. May I ask Saan city po kayo sa Saskatchewan nakakuha ng provincial nominee? My sister in law got hers in Regina.

Hi po, salamat sa confirmation, I'm preparing my requirements para po makapag medical na rin sila..
sa Saskatoon po kami, in anycase SK nomination is within all places po, pede mag transfer sa Regina or Saskatoon..

I update ko po kayo as we plan the medical next week..

Some one plese let me know, kaka DM lng ng asawa ko nung saturday. Ganu katagal bago cla mag send ng PPR and saan nila ako cocontakin?

For easement na din, email mo na lang si IOM < mhc.can@iom.int > Mabilis naman sila mag-reply. Most likely sometime tomorrow na sila magreply since Sunday pa right now Don't be so detailed na lang about your ex-wife. Just say that you are the applicant under PNP stream with non-accompanying dependents. Since you are working in Dubai, confirm mo na lang if they need an authorization letter from you as your kids will be accompanied by your mother for the required medical exam.

PS: -- You mentioned you are annulled, sayo ba binigay ng court ang decision about parental authority for the kids? If not, you will have to have your ex-wife sign the IMM 5604 for both kids.

nakapagpadala na po ko ng authorization (with my signature, without my ex) sa mother ko with all the requirements as mentioned in their confirmation of appointment..
pinadala ko na rin ang passport copy ni ex in case hanapin.. me chance bang hanapin un considering below 12 years pa ang mga bata? parang nagworry ako sa point na yan..

This morning my MyCIC account changed from "The next step is to conduct a background check.." to "We are processing your background check..."

Tonight me and my husband saw his ECAS and it said DM!!!

So is this it?! Really? Am I just waiting for a PPR email from them??

Same here po sa asawa ko, just wondering lng po if nag Send na po cla ng PPR sa inyo? And san po sinend email po ba?
