Sorry if you've already answered this but how did you submit your schedule A form?

Got a message in my cic account for schedule A request and found the option to upload. Check status and messages->View submitted applications->Upload.

Hello guys I just received an email from cpc mississauga that they confirm that my application was forwarded to cpc ottawa for further processing although when I got SA on 23 march they said it going to cpc ottawa and it used to show we began processing your application on ecas since that time. So this is AOR2 right.

Since after uploading the documents in webform they were experiencing huge volumes they might tend to take time. In my case, i had the Schedule A requested in my CIC account. The ECAS and CIC was updated in a proper way for me. Uploaded Schedule A in CIC account->ECAS-"in process"->email regarding file transfer->3 rd line in PA ECAS->AOR2->Medical request->Background check in CIC account->DM in ECAS.

Received email in sponsor's inbox that file is transferred to New Delhi visa office.

So next step is line in ecas and AOR2
CIC account->ECAS-"in process"->email regarding file transfer to NDVO->3 rd line in PA ECAS->AOR2->Background check in CIC account->DM in ECAS.

If it only says "in process" on ecas it's not aor2. Simply just an email stating it has been transferred. Aor2 is sent once it is actually received from my understanding

You are correct

Hi guys we have 1 new line added in both PA's and Sponsors ecas saying that we started processing your application for permanent residency on May 20th 2017. Our file was transferred to VO on may 17th.

Does it mean AOR2 ? If not what does it mean. We didn't had this line before. Can someone please confirm?

The 3rd line in PA ECAS is referred to as "We have started processing XXXXX application on XX/XX/XXXX" which is equivalent to AOR2. Usually, the 1st line is "We received XXXXX application for permanent residence on XX/XX/XXXX" and 2nd line is "We have sent you correspondence on XX/XX/XXXX".

I believe it's not usually the 3rd line since for me the first line back then was " Application received ", 2nd was " medical received ". After the VO started the file, the sequence changed to : 1) Application rcvd 2) We started processing your file 3) Medical rcvd

Just an FYI :)

Just to inform you that it has been transferred, I guess. I don't know the exact reasoning
