Just got off the phone with CIC this morning.
The woman told me that my Schedule A and PCC were attached to my account/ file even though I sent them ahead of time. So that was good to know that they had them.
She did say, however, that everything that needs to be done is Mississauga has been done. so she doesn't understand why it hasn't been transferred to the VO. So she said she will be sending them a message telling them that they need to transfer it.
she said it will most likely go to Ottawa. but my BGC hasn't even been started.
She said she's only doing this because it's been 3 months and we haven't heard anything.
I've read from the facebook group that this is actually normal for OUTLAND application.
Anyone else experience this?

They never asked my wife for Schedule A form, but they stated in the SA email that i received on 18th April that they will send the email with instructions on how to submit the Schedule A form. My wife never received it, so I sent Schedule A for on my wife's behalf on 25th April via Webform. I haven't heard back from them yet. Is there anybody else in the same boat?

You won't hear whether or not they get it, you will just hear when they transfer to a VO. We mailed ours and I just ended up calling to be sure they had it

My ECAS finally turned to In Process, even though I cannot really understand what it means.
Does it mean that it is transferred to my local visa office or they have every doc that I sent as a whole pack?

Yes Kumar. It is a general AOR email, if you have already paid the landing fee and submitted your PCC, you do not need to do any action. Since, they mention "if not already paid" and "if not already submitted".

Next step for you is to keep checking your PA ECAS to see a line "We have started processing your application on XX/XX/XXXX" which is equivalent to AOR2. This usually takes around 7-12 days.

It's really up to you, I would wait at least a few weeks.
