As per new application most of the process will be done in Canada only for final stuff they ll send here, almost no work to NDVO.
That's the reason people from Feb 2017 getting DM and PPR

I just hope they start considering our cases too and put our waiting to an end. Though I agree that 2017 applicants are getting their DM & PPR early but this is unfair to 2016 applicants.

Email ...GC key is not updated yet..may be once passport is stamped I reckon.

Did NDVO applicants got DM? I know a lot of US and LONDON VO applicants got DMs.

I applied with new package too and no medics request yet. most Jan and Feb applicants didn't receive medical requests as far as I know. However March and later applicants received Medical requests along with PCC and Schedule A. So probably jan and feb applicants will be delayed. But I hope it wont happen.

Yes their files were sent to NDVO, the applicants I mentioned. I'm aware of January applicants not getting the medical request yet. The medical issue is only happening to January applicants. But except for few, most applicants in my February thread already got their medical request.

You might have received a filled IMM 1017 E form, you need to print and give it at day of your medical examination. This form has an IME no (Unique to your application) which the panel physician will use to send the results electronically to CIC.

Call different panel physician's and check for available dates. Also, ask them do they have any particular day for walk-ins.
