Hi Guys,
I know friend from the very long time who is stateless and living in Saudi Arabia since born.His birth was not registered.He tried to get legal status in Saudi Arabia and also tried to get Pakistani, Indian or Saudi Passport/Citizenship but was unsuccessful.Now he lost all hopes and living in Saudi Illegally without status, work or study.He can't travel to any country because he doesn't have a travel document.
I would like to ask if there is any option for him to get protection and citizenship in any country. Can he get help from UNHCR or Canadain Embassy office in Riyadh?
He is hopeless and I really want to help him.

His best bet is to apply to the UNHCR for refugee determination. Unless he is in Canada, there isn't much they will do for him. You need to tell him that chances are this will take a while to do.

My friend you are Pakistani and why you are asking Indian embassy to issue you a passport. Your nationality is the same as your father. If you are unregistered, take your fathers status documents( iqama)and go to Pakistan embassy Riyadh.
Take letter from your employer and submit in Ahwal al madnia to get your birth certificate.

He doesnt has parents or relatives here in Saudi Arabia,also he already went to احوال المدنيه but failed to obtain birth ceritificate.Now he is stateless without any citizenship and Iqama.Indian and Pakistani embassy already rejected his application for citizenship.

I think you don't have to worry when shurta (police) catch him they will figure out his nationality and provide him a passport. And believe me they are very good on that.
What is the nationality of his parents?
Where he studied?
Where his parents have gone?
Why he is asking for Indian or Pakistani passport, why not Bangladeshi?
How old is he?
What is he doing for living in Saudi Arabia?
