I didn't manage to submit my police certificate upfront. I passed my medical examination on 25th April and no news since then, so our timeline is roughly the same. I have submitted less docs than you tho, mainly because some aren't relevant to me but I did attach my IELTS result and my study plan (also known as statement of purpose)
Yes, I applied on 20th April, application received and processed the same day, application submitted on 21st, medical passed on 24th April. Here are the docs that I submitted:
- Admission letter
- Study plan with my CV
- Kids' birth certificates (official translated, and Certified True Copies), as they are coming along. I applied for a TRV, but on 4th May, CIC got back to me that I have used the wrong form and they are going to withdraw their application and provide me the refund, and asked me to apply under the study visa application for them, and also send an email to Singapore office to link their application with mine. I did it accordingly.
- Marriage certificate (official translated, and Certified True Copies)
- My husband is my sponsor so financial docs (all official translated - those that are in Malay like EPF, and Certified True Copies). EPF, house docs, 4 months bank statement, Current Employment letter with payslips and past 2 years LHDN statement. He is coming along too under OWP.
- Financial support letter from my husband
- Purpose of visit (my husband was required to provide), itinerary and first 2 month's accommodation letter from our family friend in Canada.
- Upfront medical for all of us
- Police certificate (it is actually a good conduct letter issued by Ministry of Foreign affairs)
All the above information is mentioned in the CIC website. So I fulfilled all their requirements. Praying for the best.
