if you are applying at the time of being below 18, you need to have a legal guardian accompanying you. One of the forms would require you to get consent from your guardians as well. You have 2 options now, either go along with the guardian or apply for the visa when you are 18 or over.

Hi. Thanks for the link. I think it's true that they will only start processing applications from 22nd Sept onwards. If you can link your profile with CIC online then you would get email notification every time there is any movement. I went to the link and it doesn't recognise my ID as one one...

log a case with CIC. They should check and respond to you.

Which intake did you apply for. Which country are you from? you can go to your account and log a case with them. Normally, for final decisions, you would receive an email.

I just checked, and it seems that they have started the visa process. They are now reviewing eligibility for all my applications.
