Yes, you can just go to their panel clinic. The list is also there on CIC.

In this case, you have to wait for them to request for medicals. Normally, for Malaysians we can do it up front and the medical center will send the report directly to CIC. It would be faster and better as it saves visa officer's time too.

That's why I mentioned that the way they operate is so backwards. Malaysia is so far advanced and yet we complain. Anyhow, I completed my medical up front and it was passed there and then on 24th April. Have you done medicals upfront as well?

If you received the refusal letter then it is confirmed refused. However, there are cases that some people (in India that is) were asked to submit the passport as an update in CIC for their visa issuance even if they received a refusal letter. Drop them an email or fill out the form online
