quick question guys-------------- just got my spousal application returned because of not providing birth certificate of spouse. but i submitted adhar card and 10 th certificate according to country specific requirements. do i need to submit anything else beside that?

Yes sending birth certificate copy is mandatory...and if the birth is registered late then you have to send a copy of voter's id card as well.

1. They can issue COPR directly
OR
2. They can give verification call then COPR
OR
3. They can ask for additional documents then COPR
Or
4. Last is they can call you for an interview and then COPR

March first week they transferred my file to Delhi and a couple of days before I got a mail saying file got destroyed .
Usually how long it takes in Delhi to make the decision for Visa ? Thanks for the help
