My timeline:
Application sent :Oct 29,2015
Got my Owp April,13 2016
AOR :June 10,2016
AIP: June 3,2016
medical result received ,finger prints sent but after june 10,2016 I didn't heard anything from cic and my visa going to expire on june 6 2017.
I don't have any idea what should I do.should I apply for new open work permit? and what is the processing time for open work permit.
please help!

Maybe your police record? Try getting your GCMS note and you will able to see what is going on with your application. My AIP is in November and it took me 6 good months until I got my DM and that is because of my police.

Which record gets updated first: Ecase or the online account?
it's variable, sometimes mycic, sometimes ECAS. But you will know about sponsor approval only via ECAS (and of course by an email to the sponsor) as the mycic is for the PA.
If you log in ECAS with the sponsor credential and see "decision made" on the sponsor application side, it means you got SA.

Thanks Sylvain...
I have already got that and got the AIP 26th of April now waiting for DM... it's taking too long time, Application received 31st July 2015 :(

I see you have added DM to your profile... when is your landing interview

We don't have an appointment yet. We live in Quebec city, but there is no CIC office here, so my wife has to land in Montreal office, but it's a very busy office (the only one for the whole province). We were told it would take 8 weeks for an appointment, yesterday was exactly 7 weeks after DM. So we should get news soon for the landing appointment.

Regarding DM, we got it the next day after SA and AIP, but if you check on the spreadsheet:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Yn3BFzI4q4xAy4EW3pG4CgQz9o3EzF5b18_tcSJwBhA/edit#gid=9
It's only about 28% of people that gets DM within 2 weeks from AIP for 2015 applicants. Now for 2016, it's 31% (it was lower than that 2 weeks ago).
Otherwise, the median is 56 days after AIP. The DM letter came to my wife's mycic account. You will not see any change on ECAS. Decision made on ECAS means SA for the sponsor and AIP for the PA.

Good luck, don't forget to update us with the landing interview questions :)

Is it an option to cross the border to the US and back, and get your landing done at the border.

my husband did his (Skilled worker) landing at the airport, however he was living in Canada
He just toke a trip to the US and back

no, in the case of Inland spousal sponsorship, we get the CoPR letter only at the landing interview. You need this letter to do a flagpole. So we just have to wait. But if by next week we don't get news, I will start to try contacting CIC and if unsuccessful, then I will contact our MP.

Good luck to your wife ... hopefully things will go the way you want

So you should have it by June 28th, 2017.

And you should have yours by May 22, 2017.

I agree with berylia, you should not let her status expire. You probably could apply either to extend her visitor status (if she is not working) or to extend the OWP. I don't know at all regarding the cost, we didn't apply for the OWP, my wife is on a student visa. Hopefully, someone will be able to provide you a more complete answer.

Extend the OWP. It will cost you CAD$255.00.
