I would be marrying a guy who is right now wrapping up with his divorce (would marry him once he is legally divorced). He was initially married in Dec 2018 and his ex received her PR sponsorship in Dec 2019. They would be getting divorced in 2025. Can my guy sponsor me immediately after we get married (we may marry in 2025 or 2026) or there is a waiting period for him to sponsor me for PR?
