I have noticed a phenomenon getting quite common that everything gets completed on the tracker, and the same steps remain in processing on the GC Key account. After this, it appears to go into an indefinite delay at the IRCC end.

No nothing no copr no final decision I have seen people getting copr within days after everything done

Which VO are you with?
Mine was Sydney but when I got pre arrival it said my case was being transferred to our local VO.
