I am trying to submit form 7 to delete myself from the voter list.

Facing this crazy issue in this section of the form.
Looking through the html code for it, looks like the second row of each item is supposed to be the address in the regional language?
But even using the keyboard option in the filed, unable to enter anything.

Has anyone faced this?

Yes - I faced the same. Not sure why they have done this.
I think the ctrl v works on that section.
Just copy the name in Hindi from google translator and paste it on all the sections. I did the same and worked for me.
I raised a service request to fix that issue - hopefully they fix the issue

My wife has never had a voter ID. What should I do in this case? Should I sign the declaration form and mention in a separate letter that my wife has never had a voter ID? How does this process work? I would appreciate any insights.

There will be a declaration form for the OCI applicant. In that form, select the checkbox stating, "I hereby declare that I have never obtained an Indian Voter ID or Ration Card based on my previous Indian citizenship."

Not required; simply select "Housewife." Other fields will either be disabled later or will not be mandatory.

Hi Members,
I have an existing OCI card. My passport got renewed recently and when I tried to update the passport details on OCI miscellaneous services, I came to know about this new requirements of Voter ID and Ration card surrender declaration form. I don't know the status of these documents as I am living in Canada for more than 15 years. I am travelling to India in couple of weeks. I am afraid if I start this document cancellation process now, it might take time and hence I can't confidently declare and sign the form that they have been cancelled. My question is that can I travel to India with my OCI card, old passport and new passport without submitting this declaration form? I will check with authorities and start this cancellation process once I am in India.

Your advice is much appreciated here. Anyone who travelled recently without submitting this form whose Canadian passport got renewed?

If you have your voter id card from back then, its very easy to cancel it online https://voters.eci.gov.in/ via Form 7

Hello,
I applied for fresh OCI for myself and my two children at the Toronto Jurisdiction via mail in option and the date of acknowledgement for all the three applications was March 1st. Booked my flights for India April 22nd. What are my chances? The status shows "Under Process". Can I still be rejected or asked for more documentation? Three weeks in and nervous.
