Hi Guys
I need help with my mother in law’s application. She have done her biometrics while she applied for her visitor visa. Now CIC wants her to give the biometrics again. Do she have to do it again. And also we have a letter for medical also and how can we provide proof of medical to cic.
Thanks in advance
PR biometrics are different from TRV applications. So these biometrics are mandatory to do again. Either they will not request the medical if they have in record or if requested then you have to abide with new request.

I mentioned because it was a sensitive situation. I did so he trusts that I have knowledge about this matter. Rather than paying others I volunteered to help him free. Overall I am just trying to help here as I have more experience in these matters. Sorry if gave wrong message to you.
Thus literally breaking TOS of this forum. They may have paid for the services of the forum’s host instead of using your free services as a consultant. You can volunteer your knowledge but you can not advertise yourself as a consultant.

yeah lot depends on medical. I'm worried for my father. He has dementia. Needs help to do most stuff. Hope they clear him. Don't know how it affects the process. Asked a lot of lawyers, doctors and agents, nobody has any idea. This group has been v helpful. Guys pls pray that it gets approved. I don't know why it is so tough to have our parents with us.
That could have an impact. You should also be aware that if he is ever in need of LTC he may not qualify for LTC in some provinces for 10 years and in other provinces you’ll be responsible for the bed fee as part of your financial responsibility which is around $2500/month. Most sponsoring their parents are not aware of this fact or are not financially prepared for this expense.

Unfortunately IRCC does not consider biometrics done for temporary visitor visas for any permanent residence applications. It results in the weird situation where our account shows that my parents gave biometrics which are valid, and yet they ask for new ones. Probably the two departments don't talk to one another. Apparently they love such redundancies. Best to get medical done from a centre which uses the eMedical system. Confirm with whichever medical centre you go to. All the best!

Hi,

I have one question about uploading document for PCC or others.
I've got some emails about biometrics, PCC, and medical exam.
These requests are not in the linked application and the status says "We are processing your application."
And biometircs section was empty in biometrics number, date of biometrics, and expiry date.
However, when mother-in-law finished fingerprint today, it was updated.

Here is my quesiton. I have PCC document and I will try to upload it through the linked application account.
But I cannot find any section to upload it. The messages are still empty.

How do you upload documents? Is IRCC web form another solution?

they will appear in the additional document when they are required
