If your application is scheduled (to be scheduled) for an interview, it means that's not considered as a routine process. The average processing time do not apply to you.

Your post is long but it doesn't give any details on your application. (Where PA gets biometric and medical done is NOT relevant)
E.g. how long have you been in a relationship with PA. Are you applying under common law or spousal (married).
Is that an arranged marriage? How long have you known each other? How many time you visited your spouse/partner.
Was a traditional celebration done or was it a court marriage if married.
etc.
Thank you for getting back to me. I have been in a relationship with my spouse since November 23rd 2022. That was the day of our marriage. It was an arranged marriage. we have known each other since that day. I have visited her 3 times since our wedding which was a traditional celebration. I am applying for spousal. Also, is there any specifics as to why my case has been chosen as a non routine process? Are cases chosen at random or could there have been something which made my case turn into a non routine process?

non-routine/request for interview is never chosen randomly.
IRCC has doubt with your relationship/marriage. So you can provide more information to IRCC if you have visited and spent time with your spouse after the application has been submitted.
Were you or your spouse had previous relationships (common law/marriage)? Have you been regularly communicating with your spouse? Any financial support between you and her?

Me and my spouse have never been in previous relationships, We communicate every single day on WhatsApp regardless if that be through text messages, voice messages or phone calls. I have provided proof of this when I started the application to sponsor her. I also send money to her every month and I've also shown proof of this to the IRCC. I've given all the paper work that needs to be given and Ive answered all questions that needed to be answered which is why I'm so confused as to why IRCC is making my case a non-routine one. I don't understand where the misunderstanding is or what I'm missing in the paperwork because I triple checked everything.
Also, I've filled out the London Webform multiple times hoping to hear something from someone but have never heard anything back. My case is being handled in the London office and everytime I call the IRCC for some answers they just ask me to email the webform. When I do that, I don't hear back from anybody. It's so frustrating.

Greetings,
I am not sure if this is the right thread for this question, but posting here in hope of some answers.
I am a Canadian citizen and I will be getting married in May 2025. My soon-to-be spouse holds an Indian passport and has never been to Canada. I am wondering what the quickest way for her to join me here in Canada would be. Can we apply for a visitor visa so she can come to Canada with me after the wedding, and then apply for spouse sponsorship? Or is it better to apply for spouse sponsorship immediately after the wedding, get the AOR (Acknowledgment of Receipt), and then apply for a visitor visa? The goal is to bring her to Canada as soon as possible, even if the PR processing takes some time. I would appreciate your advice on the best course of action. Thank you in advance.

Easiest & fastest way would be apply for her PR sponsorship (start prepping now so you dont waste time- like get PCC done sooner if u can), once you get AOR- apply for visitor visa referencing the AOR. If you do that, and prove you have financials to support your wife, the visitor can get approved with 2 weeks. Without AOR, its looking rough right now for visitor visas for Indians.
