Just hope and pray everyone gets there soon
called IRCC on 15th Jan & 27th Feb
( this time she left a note since it was more than 90 days)
Interestingly, this person called IRCC on Feb 27th and received eCoPR in 3 working days. I think "90 days from P2" is actually a thing. So, if you're calling IRCC and have passed the 90-day mark, mention it in your call - it might just work!

Confirming your permanent resident (PR) status in Canada through the Permanent Resident (PR) Confirmation Portal involves several steps, each with its own processing times. Here's an overview:
Initial Email and Portal Access:

After your application is approved, you'll receive two emails from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC):
The first requests basic information to confirm your presence in Canada.
The second provides access to the PR Confirmation Portal.
Waiting for these emails can vary; some applicants have reported waiting weeks, while others have waited months.
Confirming Presence and Uploading Photo:

Once portal access is granted,
Confirm you're physically in Canada.
Provide your Canadian mailing address.
Upload a recent photograph for your PR card.
IRCC notes that after confirming you're in Canada, it may take up to a few weeks to receive your electronic Confirmation of Permanent Residence (eCOPR).

After submitting the required information, IRCC will issue your eCOPR, confirming your permanent resident status.
Following this, your PR card will be mailed to your provided address. Processing times for the PR card can vary, but it's advisable to check current processing times on the IRCC website.mybkexperience

Hi Guys) Has anyone experienced a situation where one PR card has been mailed to the parent and one child (at least IRCC put status as mailed), but the other child's PR card is still in process? Were the PR cards sent together in the same mail, or did each applicant receive their card in a separate mail? I'll highly appreciate insights as I have trip coming and getting extremely nervous

As far as I am aware, that is rather common. I'm not sure what the exact reason is - perhaps they send PR cards from separate dispatch units or VOs. However, everyone usually receives their PR cards with a few days or weeks in between.

That is very common scenario. If you observe, all PR card applications show separate application number which means each application is separate and processed separately, unlike PR application itself where there is common application number and processed together.

IRCC will never stop surprising me. Instead of processing family as unit, all together, they are pushing everyone to different timelines. Anyways, thank you for reply))) Hopefully, this week week will bring positive news for many ppl waiting in queue. :)
