Did the landlord handover those card ? For pending card you can either ask landlord to handover or return to IRCC. You can then ask IRCC to send it to new address.
He received the 2 cards of my dependents, and because of his personal issues, he doesn't want us to pick it up or meet him somewhere. He just said he will return to sender which is a hassle for us to go through the process again. :/

All 4 cards were already shipped out that's why the agent said to wait for the 6 weeks to be over so we can submit SD :(

Hello everyone,
It has been days I am following the messages here.
Below is our timeline and we are still waiting for e-copr:

P1 : Dec 9
P2 : Dec 11
I need to travel in 2-3 weeks, any idea what I can do to speed up the process?
Can I travel with the e-copr or I need to wait for the PR card?

With my limited understanding 1) From your input it is not clear if you have received ecopr as you mentioned only P2, ecopr is state after same 2) If you have P2 and waiting for ecopr then you need to inform IRCC about your travel and your processing may be put on hold until you are back / certain period 3) If you have ecopr and waiting for PR card you need to apply for PR travel document for which you need to apply
Experts here can advise further

If it is truly that urgent, technically, you can travel outside of Canada. However, you must notify IRCC of your travel plans so that your eCoPR can be held until you return. Now, if you want a hassle-free trip, I recommend waiting for your PR card.
