I believe so. Passport was submitted via 2 way courier from Chandigarh on Jan 30th. It reached VFS on Feb 4th and then IRCC possibly on Feb 7th (don’t know the exact date).

If bluedart picks it up today then in 2 days. If they don't pick it up today. Then they will pick it up on Monday so you will receive it on Wednesday perhaps

I got the same email today but around 3:30 pm. It means that they have booked the courier. Now the Bluedart service will pick it up, and they will secure the package and start the delivery process. When they start the process , rhe AWB will get active and you could track it.
If they do not pick the package today from vfs , then they will do it on Monday as VFS is closed on sat and sun.

VFS Delhi to nearest blue dart office-->delhi offsite--> your city
