@CNP While applying online, which option did you select to upload the parent's supporting documents like parent status, ID card, etc.., The Vancouver checklist mentions that "All copies of documents as mentioned above must be self-attested and also uploaded online " but I am not sure where we need to upload these documents.

as per BLS, we could upload against any section,if not specifically mentioned. I think we can do it with Parents passport, but you can call and confirm as well.

Sure, update here with what they recommend :)
As you said, they asked me to upload any available option. BTW, May I know what option you have selected in Declaration by the OCI Applicant form? I think it has to be "For my minor child, I/We ....", but your input is appreciated.

Yes, I selected that option and uploaded in documents under Indian Visa. However
1. When I checked with BLS the agent suggested us to select "I never had ......" (option 3) since the minor is born in Canada. (never did that :) )
2. To our surprise, on day of appointment, BLS asked us to not to submit that declaration. As per them, it is not needed for child born in Canada

oh ok, thanks again. Did you upload the Consent form and the declaration (Ration and Voter ID) online? I am asking this because, I spoke with BLS this morning over the call and they said that I have to upload only my PR Card and Ration, Voter ID declaration form online. To confirm this I went to the BLS center as it is near my home and they said that I have to upload the PR Card and Driver's license, and there is no need to upload consent form. I am confused now.

Only docs which I did not upload were checklist and consent form. Declaration for ration and voter ID, I uploaded online, however on day of appointment they asked us not to submit physical copy of the same.

Mind you though, BLS to BLS answer might differ as I read through this thread.
