Want to Invite my Parents and a brother (handicapped)

I am Canadian PR holder. Living with my husband here in Ontario. We both are having good job.
I want to invite my parents and my brother here.
my brother is cerebral palsy (age 21 years). but he don't need any regular treatment.
he is able to speak understand everything, I mean no mental problem,
he is just dependent on my parents for his daily activities.

Can I invite my parents with my brother next year?
How can I invite them, either PR or Super visa or temporary resident or the last option is visitor visa. Will they get visa ??

I just want that they visit us in Canada at least once

1. Regular visitor visa only, no dependents on super visa.
2. You could apply for Parental PR, but if your brother can't pass the medical, then your parents would be refused, as he would be mostly excessive demand.

did you apply your brother's visa? my sibling has same situation and TRV is already refused twice. I don't know how to prove bona fide temporary travel. Please reply if you've applied and your experience.

My elder brother has cerebral palsy since birth and is fully dependent on my parents for his basic daily needs. However, he does not require any medical support, checkups, or medication. My wife and I have been Permanent Residents of Canada since last year, and we wish to apply for a Super Visa for my parents while also applying for a visitor visa for my elder brother so that he can accompany them.
We live in Caledon, ON, Canada with my younger brother, and our combined net income for 2024 is meets the minimum necessary requirement for SuperVisa.
If anyone has any past experience with a similar case, I would greatly appreciate any guidance you can provide on how to structure my brother’s application and how you addressed the concerns of IRCC. Please share a reliable Lawyer's contact as well.

Will be incredibly difficult to get approved and if approved your parents may only be able to visit for a short period of time. Your younger brother being in Canada as well makes the situation even more difficult.

You cannot combine your income with your younger brother the low income cutoff calculation for the super visa application. You can only do that with your wife.

And it’s a red flag . Your sibling is solely dependent on your parents, who you want to apply a Supervisa for , but only a visitor visa for the sibling

The Supervisa is allowed to stay for an extended period , but the visitor visa isn’t .
Who is going to take care of the sibling once he has to return home , if the parents can stay for an extended period ?
And it sounds like you’re attempting to bring everyone over

You have multiple red flags going on here
