Hi I need help please
I have submitted family class sp application for my husband and I have attached all the wedding photos and the ceremony and all travel documents but still received PFL yesterday and I am so overwhelmed I met with an immigration consultant immediately and he told me this is serious case and 80% I might get rejected
Please anyone has ideas?
Here is what it says in the email:
After carefully reviewing your application and supporting documents, I have concerns that you do
not meet the requirements under the Act and/or the Regulations as described above.
Based on the evidence provided, I have concerns that the sponsor may not have been in
Kenya at the time of the wedding date which could fall under the classification of an
excluded relationship. Also, aside from the photos which have no date stamp or location
indication, there is no additional proof that the sponsor was present for the religious
ceremony in Kenya.
Please provide evidence that prove that the Sponsor was in Kenya at the time of the
wedding and any prior or subsequent visits that includes and is not limited to clear copies
of the boarding passes, Kenya visa and border entry/exit stamps.
Please also include all passport pages with border entry/exit stamps of travel for the
sponsor and the applicant that is mentioned on the IMM5532 form.
