When did you inform them?
I I resigned from my job on Dec 6th, informed IRCC on Dec 10th that I was joining a new job from Dec 30th. So 3 weeks I was without job and I was little worried about that part but things went well. I had contacted MP office to check my application status and they told me that my file was suppose to be checked on 31st Dec so I made sure to submit the webform with new offer letter before that.

That's a bad moved. you should not do that. Refrain informing IRCC about your job change especially if they don't ask for it. Now your RNIP PR is in danger of refusal. Try to request for GCMS and you will see their comment/s.

I had searched the forum and found some cases where people did not inform to IRCC and their PR application was refused when they did the background check. So I thought it is better to be transparent. I received the eCOPR today.

Not informing them is misrepresentation and could put your status at risk longterm. Also not a great plan.

I have a question
My husband came in 2018 as a student he did not complete study he was out of status from 2018 mid to 2019 mid but in 2019 we got married and he got sowp now I am on pgwp and he is on open work permit he applied our pr file in Alberta rural renewable (waiting for aor) he is the principal applicant so my question is can officer question us for the time period in 2018 was out of status ?
we did not hide anything … we mentioned properly that he was out of status in past ?
is our file is in danger zone ?
