Portal 1: Feb 5, 2025. Replied that email in the evening.
Portal 2: Feb 7, 2025

Congratulations! did you apply as Student or Employee. Did they ask you income proof

I don't think you can apply RNIP as a student. You need to have a job and recommendation from the community. Yes, you need to show paystubs.
