Don't. You are not allowed to move in another company or employer the offer you a job and now the RNIP is closed you will wasted everything. There will be a chances that the IRCC will ADR again of updated Employnent letter and pay stub. It happend to me but I did not take the oppprtunity because I asked our RNIP Community coordinator and she said: Once you move company your application restarts. Check this link. I couldn’t continue in my previous job due to an intolerable work environment. I accepted a new offer and moved to the new position. I had then informed IRCC via a webform, explaining the reason for the job change and providing the new NOC. I received the portal emails so I guess it is fine if IRCC is informed.
