haven't received BIL after 20+ days of getting AOR and biometric payment request. Does anyone have any kind of knowledge on to how many days normally it takes after AOR and fee payment to get a BIL. And in between all these days does my application get reviewed further or it just stays still like nothing happens?
Is there employment restriction in your provincial nomination letter?
If there is, you need to apply for closed work permit. Your employer would have to submit an offer of employment through the employer portal.
If there's no employment restriction in your provincial nomination letter, you can apply for BOWP when you get AOR.
Yes! AND I WOULD CONTACT THEM IMMEDIATELY! same thing happened to me when I called them, they told me they requested documents from me almost 20+ days ago which i never received nor my IRCC account was updated. So, I would recommend to contact them per phone asap.
Did you receive any updates after that? like your application has moved forward now? Medical & Biometric passed?
@Karanshah Usually it comes up with the AOR, but if the payment was asked to be made then, with the timeline gone up to 20 months, there is no way to estimate when one can get the BIL. I paid the BIL fee on 27th Dec 2024 and still awaiting BIL. Callled IRCC helpline multiple times but they have standard answer, "you will get an email when it is ready". There is no definite timeline. So it completely depends on the officer when he looks into your file.

Yes, the agent on the phone requested them to resend those email as I never received it. 2 days later i received all requested documents including medical and biometric.
Hello, Can anyone please suggest what are the steps upto final PR card. I got OINP nomination under Employer Job Offer International Student Stream in July 2024, and submitted my PR application as Non EE in January 2025.
Well, around 6 months from today you may get an AOR. After that its a roulette, you might get everything wrapped up in another six months or you will be waiting 21 months + as the processing time is, which btw will likely increase a month every month from today so it can be as bad as 33+ months.

Also to add, Federal PNP quota is 55k which includes express entry aligned PNP programs that are processed under six months. Since, the applications in inventory are mostly like much over the 55k quota for this year, there's no hope for NON-EE PNP for next couple of years. Elections this year will add another blow to us.
