Hypothetical scenario here.

P2 is declared and eCOPR received. Wife takes off to Singapore, and I DHL the PR Card to her there. Unless... Do they make the applicant sign for the card or is it just popped in the mail?

For inland, at least in my case, the card just arrived in an envelope in my mailbox. Didn't sign anything.

That is what I figured. The eCOPR is the important indicator. Thanks for the information.

I believe it is possible to apply for a PR travel document if you are travelling outside Canada without the PR card. But, I am not sure how it works out. I know that PR card is needed to come back to Canada, but there might be some exceptions

Im waiting for picture and address to be verified... Waiting sice december 20 still no update and no eCOPR
