Question to everyone. I completed test yesterday and got 18/20. I've emailed the result to myself as well, However how would I know that I've officially cleared the test? I do not have access to tracker or ECAS or anything. Even when I log in to my account it shows this -

An AOR confirms that we’ve started processing the application(s).

You’ll get your AOR

• after all applications are submitted and
• we check that they’re complete

I've sent multiple webforms but just getting generic response so there's no way I can get an access to any of the tracker. TIA.

Hey guys, I submitted my fingerprints last week, but the tracker still shows me that "waiting for you to submit fingerprints". Does this ever get updated? or I have to wait until they clear my Background verification ?

Any idea how long it takes to get Background verification after fingerprint submission ?

You are logging into the wrong site. The application site is only to submit the application. After you receive your AOR with your application #, you need to create an account on the Citizenship tracker site. It's a totally different site.

You are logging into the wrong site. The application site is only to submit the application. After you receive your AOR with your application #, you need to create an account on the Citizenship tracker site. It's a totally different site.

I know and I've already tried, even though it shows my email, I'm never getting the code require to create an account for tracker. Tried on ECAS, same thing no info found. I submitted my file on Oct. 12, received AOR on Oct. 23, finished Test on Jan 20. but still no access to tracker or portal.

I received it on Oct. 23 but not able to connect my application with citizenship tracker, I'm not getting code on my email.

The most recent update on my tracker since NOV 19, 2024 when I received my AOR email, was just on Jan 17, 2025, showing that the background check was Completed. Seems awfully slow compared to some of the applications on this thread.

its normal its just 3 month your background is complete so next they ask for citizenship test prepare for test next month they ask for it

Good to know. Calgary appears to have been slow recently on the "test updated" events. I emailed to check on the status to see if they will update mine.

Out of curiosity, did it update in the tracker, and can you let us know if it updates tomorrow, to see if the inquiry did anything as far as the application goes?

I had several ghost update on Dec 24, Jan 2, etc.
So It took them 11 days to update my test result on the tracker.
