Should I be concerned? The most recent update on my tracker since NOV 19, 2024 when I received my AOR email, was just on Jan 17, 2025, showing that the background check was Completed. Seems awfully slow compared to some of the applications on this thread.

There was a post about this earlier in this thread. If you have ever used a representative in previous applications or this application than the assigned representative would receive the code. Some people were in this situation and reached out to their representative to get the code.

I am curious what message are you getting when you try creating your application tracker account. All i needed was my UCI number and Case number which are in your AOR email. From there you will get a verification code to the email that's linked to your application.

Did you email them directly or did you contact them through online web form? I haven't received anything after my AOR and no changes in tracker since Nov 19 but they did respond to me via email to reassure me that my file is still in process.
