Still in progress. In a WhatsApp group someone mentioned earlier that their passport was dispatched a few days after a ghost update like this.

My son’s is also visitor… background verification is in progress.

Yesterday it was showing last updated at Nov 11. Today it says Dec 13. When was your application last updated?
