Update: just received P1 email
UPD: Background check complete in tracker yesterday, received P1 today, can see the details of COPR in tracker now!
Here's full timeline:
PNP Inland (Ontario HCP)
AOR: Sep 3, 2024
BIL: Oct 28, 2024 -- also got permanent UCI that date, was able to register tracker account the next day
Med passed (old): Oct 28, 2024
Med reverted to blank: Oct 31, 2024
Biometrics collected: Oct 31, 2024
Med passed again: Nov 1, 2024 (shows Nov 2)
Eligibility is completed in tracker: Nov 15, 2024
Background check completed in tracker: Dec 4, 2024

GCKey or tracker won't show anything about the P1 email. Normally, you will receive the P1 email within a day or two after having FD. Keep checking your inbox frequently and the spam folder too.
Got my P1 mail today.
Couple of weird things though:
Firstly, I received separate P1 emails for my 2 dependent children but didn't get any separate P1 confirmation mail for my wife, who is also a dependent on my application. Secondly, my Tracker Application status still shows "In progress" even though all sections are marked as "Completed". I also do see a Document Number now under the CoPR Details section now (not sure if it was there earlier).
