    I got the mail for pick up on 17-Apr from USVisa-info that passport has been couriered followed by mail from Canada Post confirming pick up. It should be ready for pick up by tomorrow 19-Apr Total time about 4 weeks with quite a few holidays in between.

    No. I have not received it back. I think the CEAC status has to change from "Approved" to "Issued" and passports are only sent back after that.
