Yes, my dad's passport was dispatched today, it reached ircc Delhi on 5th Nov.

Hello everyone, I got call from ircc that my visa is refused and they retuning my passport and they send passport by bluedart but other day i check my status it shows they received undelivered decision envelope back to ircc office again?
what does that mean ?

Hi,

I have submitted my Dependent child application on 22nd May 2022, but they mentioned the AOR on 18th Nov 2022. They have requested the medical on Feb 23, 2023 and my daughter arrived Canada on 1st Mar 2023 in visitor Visa, then done the medical in Canada and its got completed on 28 Mar 2023. After that i can see Background verification is In Progress for last 2 months, since there is no update after 28th Mar 2023, now below is the current status

Pre arrival message from IRCC Delhi : Sep 23 2024 from Delhi ircc, but my daughter is in canada, I have requested IRCC to transfer the application to IRCC Canada
Pre arrival message from IRCC Canada : Nov 26 2024 from canada, but due to emergency situation my daughter is travelled to india along with my wife, so I have requested to transfer the application to IRCC New Delhi Office
Pre arrival message from IRCC India : Dec 9 2024, received a letter from New Delhi office to submit the document in order to issue the Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa.

Currently my daughter is in India, what are all the documents should be submitted to VFS in order for IRCC office to issue the Confirmation of Permanent Residence and, if applicable, your permanent residence visa.

1. IRCC Request letter
2. Daughter Passport
3. Daughter 2 Photos
4. Accompanying Mother passport
5. Accompanying Mother photos

Please suggest me above document are sufficent to stamp the permanent residence visa.
