Yes i did. My advice will be to not apply due to recent processing times. I applied for visitor visa on Jun and got approved on october 31st after the pr passport request/rfv letter.

Do you passport request on July 2nd and got you passport back on July 17? July 17 means processing time is more than 51 days. Just asking
