Got it! Thanks a lot!Biometrics can come with AOR but it’s not always the case. Sometimes it’s a separate communication. Totally normal I would say.

@caiaf, were you able to link your pr portal account with GCKEY?
Thanks buddy. That’s great. I was able to link mine as well after a few tries but it seems like I am not able to import the police certificate they requested using the GCKEY account. I’ll just use the second option they provided which is a web form.AMAZING! Congratulations!
So, yes! I was able to link it:
- I logged via Interac
- Clicked in the link that is almost hidden in the Submitted section
- I used the UCI and AoR Number to search (But other methods were successful as well), then filled the other info that were requested
- It said Found, then clicked in the link application button (that is not the one in dark blue, bad UI design in my opinion)
It was the same when I tried to upload the requested document. It will take a day before you can upload the document. I used the second option, which is the web form. Thanks buddy. That’s great. I am trying to submit the police certificate via web form but it seems like the only type of application that is on the dropdown is EE? Did you have the same issue? It was the same when I tried to upload the requested document. It will take a day before you can upload the document. I used the second option, which is the web form.
Yes, you can choose the same option since there are no other alternatives. There is a section to enter the application number starts EP-----, which ensures it is automatically attached to your application. You will receive confirmation within two days stating that the document has been successfully linked to your application similar as below.I am trying to submit the police certificate via web form but it seems like the only type of application that is on the dropdown is EE?
