Which stream did you apply under? And what's your work experience? Is your case complex? Too vague to answer you with "Review Required" as it could be anything!
I applied under cec inland, i am not sure if its complex , i have been working in same company since nov 2021 , nov 2021 - may 2023 as a machinist, since then i am countertop installer in the same company. I submitted reference letters, paystubs and NOA for the claimed work experience.
Noc codes - 72100 and 73200 (primary)

Nothing to worry. Some time they do mention review required just for a second thought for which case analyst might not be sure about. So it’s all fine.
Oh makes sense it's a trade draw. I've seen so may trade draw applicants having review required in their eligibility. Its just a precautionary measure taken by the case analyst I suppose and they wait for the visa officer to pass it. Don't stress over it too much!

Not sure exactly who others. From my personal experience, a batch mate of mine applied under trades and even he had it under review required for about 2.5 months and then getting his PR eventually a couple of months ago.
Yes, I believe so. And that's why they don't want to risk anything because especially for trades there are certain jobs where your education needs to be aligned with your current work experience. Additionally, some trade jobs might also require some sort of licensing and certification from the province if not federal government. Hence, a lot of the eligibility gets put under review required for the trades-category applicants.
By the way, looking at cases here, and this is just my opinion and observation, I think the last thing anyone wants to hear when they call IRCC is for the agent to say Security is "In Progress". It seems like for cases that go through fast, the security screening is just a record check that happens the same day the Eligibility is passed. If it's in progress, high chances are you are in a more comprehensive one. So if they say Security is Not Started, I think it's a good new. Just my 2cents though.

I thought it could be certification but i checked on the official website and its voluntary in ontario

Have you tried getting GCMS notes? That’s the only way to know the reason for your review required
