It was official break from college for 4 months … yk the summer break. And plus students im essential businesses were allowed to work full time during covid.

Soo i had 1 part time job for 1 month and one full time job between official break in the college. I didn’t list any employment in the pgwp as it’s not required and only listed the current employment in the trv application which im gonna get points . Will listing those 2 jobs when i was on study...

You can try filing for reconsideration, attack the confirmation of payment and explain your situation a little . I think they will do .

If i were you, knowing that it was a genuine mistake from my end and I didn’t declare in the pgwp. I wouldn’t bring it up. They dont have time to consult with cra over ur work details.. nor has the court bothered.

What information do they share? Dont you think if they shared info , why would they for pay stubs as supporting documents? Agai, I haven’t seen anyone working full time during studies, maybe a month or 2 here and there unless someone complained. If u were genuinely mistaken. I think ur good.

About the unauthorized work,Ircc and cra are totally different organizations, I haven’t seen any of the cases being refused due to this…if there was no problem in pgwp. I dont think it will effect.

no you can't, you are not currently enrolled in full time study. don't risk your future.

What do you reckon, i did call an immigration “lawyer “ he said this is not a materialistic misrepresentation as it wouldn’t effect the outcome of trv + application is considered as a whole i.e i did submit stamps and pgwp . What is ur take on this . I see you are a reputed member.

No in pgwp application, I answered correctly but I answered no in Trv application. I attached my visa & entry stamps plus pgwp though.
