How did you link?
Using family name, given nane?
Did you write in all capital letter?
In my case, principal applicant does not have family name.
I used UCI and family name (only). Not in capital letters.
In your case, you may try to type PA's given name into the family name field as the instructions suggest.

Full name
Type your family name (surname) exactly as shown on your passport or travel document (even if the name is misspelled). Do not use initials.
Note: If you do not have a family name on your passport or travel document, enter all your given names here and leave the given name field blank.
Type all of your given names (first, second, or more) exactly as shown on your passport or travel document (even if the name is misspelled). Do not use initials.
Note: If you do not have a given name on your passport or travel document, leave this field blank. Do not enter “*”, “Not applicable” or “NA”.

Hi, What about travelling together? I want to travel back to home country with my family. Will my application be effected?
Applicants who leave Canada before a final decision is made on their application for permanent residence
There is no guarantee that foreign nationals who have left Canada after submitting an application under the Spouse or Common-law Partner in Canada class will be allowed to return to or re-enter Canada. If they are unable to do so, their application for permanent residence may be refused because they are not cohabiting with their spouse or common-law partner at the time the case is finalized [R72(1)(d) and R124(a)].

I think the rules apply to travelling alone or together. What matters is the length of your travel outside Canada.

A month is ok?
I'm afraid no one can guarantee how long it will be acceptable to leave Canada during processing. I used to read one thread where someone's inland application was refused for a similar reason. If I were you, I would shorten the international trip as much as possible and I don't want to take any potential risk.

Can anyone please give me an advice, what are my options if I can't get any documents or information from my dependent child (she's 21, living in Germany and we don't have the best relationship).
My application was returned and I should provide info regarding my non-accompanying child from previous marriage.
I'm applying under spousal class, living and married to my sponsor - wife.

Thank you all.

Some ideas for your reference.

Option 1: Resubmit your application including a detailed explanation and some convincing proof of why you couldn't provide the required documents or information about your non-accompanying daughter after trying all possibilities, but you still have to add her profile to your profile and fill all the missing forms for her as well. Let the IRCC officer decide whether to accept your explanation.

Option 2: Wait until the day your daughter turns 22 and then resubmit your PR application without declaring her as a dependent child.
