Criminality passed, no updates yetThat is very unusual. Did you order GCMS notes. I guess your application is non-routine.

If your criminality took that long time, good luck for your security clearance which will take significantly longer time than criminality. You already have passed processing time. Remember that according to IRCC, the processing time is from AOR to decision (ECOPR or refusal). I am pretty sure your application is non-routine.Criminality passed, no updates yet
I just see one line. We received your application on July 2024. When did you apply?
Tiny violin timeI absolutely agree with you, if they noted anywhere on their website or on the form that you will never be able to bring your parents to the country where you immigrated, I would not have made the decision to settle here... but it's too late now... Im settled here paid 100s of thousands of dollars in taxes..... gained citizenship, and this is my home country. After 15 years of living in this country I give myself right to bring my biological parents here and enjoy same family rights like my fellow Canadians and other immigrants who have families here.. I also dont think it's fair that for certain countries they are allowing parents, grandparents, sisiters, brothers, and half siblings to immigrate here, in 6 months they have PRs in their hands, most of them dont work, they benefit from healthcare that I have contributed my taxes to... and other government benefits... They walk in streets, shop, laugh, and enjoy life (during regular work hours) with their immediate and extended family... and get free money from taxpayers while I work 10-hour shifts.... and they vacation to their home country where they claim refugee status from.... for holidays there will be 10-20 people celebrating together at the dinner table (if they bring grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, half-siblings, count how many adults there are and they likely have spouses and children).. while I have to sit alone with my daughter with no family in Canada....unfair and unjust...
How we will understand that is non-routine or not?If your criminality took that long time, good luck for your security clearance which will take significantly longer time than criminality. Shut the fuck man, you crazyTiny violin time
And this is why the vote is swinging to the right
It ain’t your right . That’s delusional
It’s a “ Canadian “ right to have timely access to healthcare
We all know where that went , surprisingly in the last 15 years
Fall 2025 can’t come fast enough
It took 3 months for my application to show up on eCAS. UCI should work. You can only see on eCAS if you submit paper application (not online).Hello, I applied in August 2024 and nothing is coming in eCas. Could you please advise which number to use to check the status? Is it UCI or Application number?
I received the letter from IRCC on Sept 18, 2024 stating that the application is received, I am hoping what we call AOR. I am done with biometric as well.
Thank you in advance.

This is for applications for permanent residence, and an H&C is an application for a "waiver" in order to process a PR application from within Canada.
