Can I apply from Closed WP to OPEN WP after receiving ITA?

Hi all...

I'm on closed WP and my CRS score is 503. I'm residing in Quebec right now, so after receiving ITA I know I need to submit my intention to move out of Quebec.
Since I'm on closed WP is it possible that I can apply to open WP.
Please advise...

Yes, you can apply for a BOWP once you have AOR. I assume you are no claiming points for having a job offer.

You'll almost certainly need to increase your score to be selected.

Yes I'm not claiming points here.
I'm looking to retake CELPIP to increase my score.
Are there any WP expiry requirements? that I can only apply for BOWP when I have a few months left on my current WP.
