Hello everyone!

I'm currently 5 months pregnant and i'm a sponsor. In the " Supporting documents for sponsor - Question 3", they ask if we have children together. And yes, we do, but since i'm pregnant, i'm not sure if i need to check "Yes" when they ask for Canadian Certificate, passport. My due date is on April, 2025. So my question is what supporting documents i should provide now? Is it ultrasound copies? Please advise. Thank you so much!

I believe there is a section where they ask if you are pregnant. You can tick yes and provide details.

Do you have other children together? If so, you'd provide their details and supporting documents (birth cert / citizenship certificate). As for the pregnancy, the only question I remember on the forms regarding that was for the relationship evaluation (IMM5532) which asked if there was a pregnancy and expected due date. We didn't provide any further proof during the initial application.

When our child was born I submitted a web form with my child's birth certificate, an updated family information form (IMM5406), and a letter saying the child was a citizen so don't need to be added for sponsorship.

Congrats and good luck!
