Got P2 today Oct 28. Avg wait time to expect is 21-25days.I got P1 on Monday, Oct 7 and FD on Friday, Oct 4. So pretty much just the weekend. Otherwise, it’s usually 1-3 days mostly.

From other threads what I could gather is that Winnipeg VO is the second worst when it comes to delay followed by Montreal VO being the worst. So, I still think you might receive updates soon. But it's better to call them as some other applicants got to know that their PVO/SVO changed after they called IRCC waiting for an update for several weeks.since MEP more than 9 weeks not receive any update
