You can edit same application. Make sure you change all dates to current one on all forms . Those documents are mandatory and you have to provide following documents. If you can’t edit application, you should try different browsers and clearing cookies of browser. Thanks, @Miss bee do I need to create a new application or should I add the birth certificate and photo of the child to the same profile?
Also, I am trying to edit all of the forms again, but it keeps saying that the forms are incomplete. Not sure what to do, I am in a dead-end loop. The child is also 14 years old. And the child is not present in all of the forms. The letter I got from the IRCC highlighted only the photos and birth certificate:
Please provide the following supporting documents/information to include your child in your application for permanent residence:
· - Revised IMM 0008 --> This has been already updated and it shows it is with a "complete" status.
· - Revised IMM 5562 (if child is 18 or older) --> The child is not added as a person to fill out any form here, he is 14 years old. The form keeps the "incomplete" status.
For XXX
· - Schedule A (if child is 18 or older)
· - IMM 5406 (if child is 18 or older)
· - Photographs
· - Birth Certificate
· - Passport, if accompanying
· - Fees, if accompanying
· - Any applicable Police certificates
· - Schedule A (if child is 18 or older)
· - IMM 5406 (if child is 18 or older)
Thanks for the help here.
ADR can be asked anytime when your application is being processed. PAL is just that you passed eligibility and doesn’t mean that they can’t request any further documents.Any chance IRCC may ask for ADR after PAL?
Thanks, @Miss bee even though I changed the browser and checked all the dates, it keeps saying "Incomplete", I'll start over since there is no chance of getting a reconsideration, as per your advice. Should I pay all over again or do I need to use the same receipt of payment? I have not gotten any refund yet, how long does this take to get the full refund? You can edit same application. Hello, I am having same case as you. I have summited the additional documents on 31st July and the review of the additional document was started on 1st August. Still till date they are reviewing the additional documents which I provided. They asked me to submit employment letter and my educational degree in ADR.Last update : 19th Sep Medical passed and ADR.(Employment record) .
Current status: We are reviewing your eligibility and ADR has been uploaded.
I haven't got any update since 19th Sep. Is this normal? I see lots of people getting PAL /FD and other updates in short period.
No , you can use same fees receipt again. You have to request refund, they won’t issue you refund automatically even though letter says that .Thanks, @Miss bee even though I changed the browser and checked all the dates, it keeps saying "Incomplete", I'll start over since there is no chance of getting a reconsideration, as per your advice. Thanks!
No , no need. Only have to include your spouse or dependent children.Hello @Miss bee; If I'm submitting my PR application, do I have to include my siblings and parents photos/birth certificate? And is it mandatory for them to sign? They are not aware of the processing and I want to keep it that way until I receive the PR.
I have submitted the application but wrote a letter of explanation as above.
The reason I'm asking is that, I just read someone application was return because no child birth certificate
Thank you.
Thank you very much.No , no need. Only have to include your spouse or dependent children.
Yes . You don’t need to. If you don’t have children don’t leave that part blank. Put NA on that column.Hello @Miss bee, one small query - Form 5406 says:
You (the principal applicant) must fill out this form for yourself and on behalf of any of your family members 18 years of age or older who are not already Canadian citizens or permanent residents.
does this mean we shouldn't fill this form the children under 18? right? is this correct?
if we don't fill children info in this form, it looks incomplete. please suggest.
