I have no idea. It never used to be like that before. I guess because of staffing issue . Couple years ago it was like 1-2 weeks for all process from portal 1 email to ECOPR .

A completed Additional Family Information (IMM5406) for (children’s names and birthdates must be included on form). I forgot to include my child here i assume?
However, their is another incomplete item in the portal:
IMM 5690 : Document Checklist: Quebec Skilled Workers, This document is incomplete, please review and update the document.
However i have PNP for Ontario? What do i do here? I initially filled the IMM5690E , and ticked all checked boxes for PNC, except for the representative part.

My work permit extension file is also in progress. according to the letter they will decide before November 18 on the work permit application. Do you think I will get Portal 1 and 2 before that?
For additional family form you have to include all your spouse and dependent children. Wherever that part doesn’t apply to you, write NA and don’t leave blank. For checklist, if they are asking for Quebec skilled worker checklist fill form PNP and Quebec skilled worker checklist and attach it for safer side .
Can’t predict portal 1 but according to trend once your Final decision is in progress, you get portal email within 2-4 weeks .
I did include that form, but they say its complete. Am i supposed to physically sign it or do something different? Any link for that form?

I haven't got any update since 19th Sep. Is this normal? I see lots of people getting PAL /FD and other updates in short period.

I applied for Non Express Entry (PNP approved - within Canada) on April 27, 2024. Received my AOR on August 21, 2024 and Biometric updated on August 22, 2024. Passed my medical today on October 23, 2024.
I also received additional documents request for me and my husband today on October 23 to be sent to IRCC within a week. It includes IMM5562, Separate Updated Schedule A IMM 5669 and Separate IMM5406 bearing original signatures. Does that mean we have to print the form and fill in with our handwriting and then sign or we have to fill it using the computer and then print and just originally sign in the end.
Also, they have requested an employment letter stating that I am employed in Canada for a specified period of time by that company with my name and details of my employment with pay stub. I work with province on a full time regular job. I am confused what should be included on the employment letter and what is meant by being employed for a specified period of time by that company and details of employment. Does it mean job duties?

Hi there, what do you mean by “employment record”? What documents they asked for?
I believe you can fill the forms electronically but you will have to print and sign.
For the employment letter I would request to my employer the same letter used for PNP support but with an updated date and submit along with a recent paystub.
