Hello, my aor is actually in aug, but I posted here cause I think aug might not have ppr. Mine was aug 23. thank youCongratulations for your PPR.
What's your AOR?
There is a high chance that you might get your FD for PR application even before they look at your BOWP. Don't stress over it as you are already on maintained status.AOR: 22 July 2024
BIL: 04 Sept
Biometric passed: 06 Sept
Medical Passed: 05 Sept
BG : In progress (got this update since MP)
ELI : Not started
PVO Montreal SVO Sydney
I applied for BOWP on the same day as the AOR but since then I got updates twice on my medical (it shows now passed Sept 21)
I heard somewhere my PVO SVO is a super slow combo?? Also when do you guys think I will receive the BOWP? I planned to re-enter Canada next month but I know it tough because I dont have a valid BOWP
Oh sorry to hear about that. If I'm not mistaken, you can only apply for BOWP while having a valid WP. So, if you applied after your original WP expired, there's a high chance of BOWP refusal. If you're outland now, just stay more focused on your PR application. Better to send a webform enquiry or call IRCC if possible for clarity on your BOWP situation.ouch, I applied for the BOWP after my PGWP expired ( i know, very unfortunate, took them 8.5 months to issue my ONIP that is why I ran out of time ). right after applying for BOWP and PR, I flew back to my country because I'm no longer allowed to work and and also to keep my record clean, live here without income for 5,6 months is going to be painful anyway
Do they refund in case we got copr early than the BOWP?Oh sorry to hear about that. If I'm not mistaken, you can only apply for BOWP while having a valid WP. I'm not really sure of it.Do they refund in case we got copr early than the BOWP?
