Hi, there was no update until 3 days ago, I received a call from IRCC to verify my work history

I applied for the BOWP on july 23, and no words till now. the ircc state 165 days processing time. What makes me upset is everytime I applied for something, it will always way past the due date for a few months. on march 204 I applied for the visitor record and took them 8 months!

I submited the ADR on Dec-12, 2 days later the tracker shown that "we have received your .... we let u know..." . on Dec 20 the tracker shown "we have received your inquires" no update till now. my ADR ask for emloyment letter, military, t4 tax slip...
