You can travel if you can get a flight and meet the requirements.
As regards COPR, you will not get one until you are in Canada.

i don’t know what exactly do bt i raise webform to inform ircc i am not in canada bt still 15 days no replyHi there, I have same situation right now. I have received P1 mail for my wife and we are waiting for P2 mail but she needs travel outside of canada on urgent basis because of family situation. she will be back after 4 months. What should I do ? what If I confirm her presence from outside of Canada regarding P2 will there be any consequences ? Please let me know the suggestions what should I do? she cann't come back before 4 months.
Hello sir i am in same situation please tellI received email in Sep 22 that the PR for me and my family has been approved. My wife and kids are in Canada and they have already received their PR card while I reside outside Canada and have still not received my PPR or COPR. Please advise.

When I apply for PGP my Parents were here in Canada on Super visa, then they went to india in October 2023 and I inform them via webform.
now My Parents got Permanent residency confirmation portal email but they are not here. They are planning to come back in November. Now in this situation what should I do?
If I said they are coming back in May 2025, will they get the passport request for one time visa stamp from Inida? or What happen in this case if IRCC didn't send pasport request ?
This is my Time line :
Application Submitted: 20th December 2020
Sponsorship Eligibility: 24th May 2023
Invitation to Pre arrival letter : June 29, 2024
Medical Request: June 29, 2024
Medical Pass: July 2024
PCC request: 19th September 2024
PCC review: 2nd October 2024
Final Decision: Saying "October 9, 2024 Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made "

Also did you tell in webform or reply back by an email that when are you going to return?
